Re: New Song - Turkish March
bahamut: the only way we could fix this is to change the FPS of R1, which would COMPLETELY screw over every single song in the game.
basically, it would mean having to re-do the flash file for every single song in the game, because they are all mapped out to be for 30 FPS... to change that would require changing each file.
so, no, do not expect a change to the jack registration system in the near future. but, who knows what 3rd style holds.RIPComment

Re: New Song - Turkish March
I don't know why this song is so hard to PA, but it just is...

EDIT:
I forgot to mention...this stepfile is still very, very good.

Re: New Song - Turkish March
I believe the reason it's hard to PA is that there are jacks that are within one or two frames of being unAAAable. I haven't even managed to FC this thing yet.
Edit: well, probably more like 2-3, but still.

Re: New Song - Turkish March
to you retards who think Rondo = Turkish March... Rondo is by Mozart, Turkish March (from the overture The Ruins of Athens, Op 112) is by Beethoven.
Specifically, Rondo is Part 3 of Mozart's Piano Sonata in A, K331. AND, Rondo Alla Turca is merely referring to its tempo, nothing more. Rondo = March, Turca = Turkish... so it is of the tempo of a Turkish March. Whereas this file is specifically called Turkish March.RIPComment

Doug: it's 1-2 frames away from un-AAA'able. The hard parts are all 1 frame away.4th Official FFR Tournament - Master division champion!

Re: New Song - Turkish March
Actually, this is 'Marcia Alla Turka', and so is the other one.
The rondo in rondo alla turka is referring to the tempo of the song, and seems a rather slang way of saying it. 'Turkish rondo' is essentially what 'rondo alla turka' is saying. They've left out the march entirely there XDLast edited by Reach; 01-5-2007, 09:40 PM.
