Amanda, you don't need makeup. In fact, most girls don't. I don't know why it's viewed as such a necessity starting with the teen years.

Because it makes us look better when we look at ourselves in the mirror, and when you're a teenage girl you need all the self-esteem you can get.

You're probably over-examining when you look in the mirror there. A blemish here, a slight discoloration (only one you would notice) there, and there's a need for makeup? If guys think you look great without makeup, what's the need?
