    Re: N. korea spazzing out.

I'm not reading all those uneducated, one-sided, immature posts in this thread but I will say this.

Nuclear war is something I don't see as a big threat, it's just a lot of media hype over Korea's recent missile. Russian and USA still are the main powers of the nuclear position, because everything is left over from the Cold War. But, I'm afraid so many people are oblivious to this and just say "bomb em who the **** cares. well show em whos boss AMERICA RULZ"

Good thing countries aren't run by 10 year olds.

Again, can't the Geneva Convention outlaw certain nuclear weaponry?

Did he? Sorry, but I thought all of his violent acts were towards the peoples of his own nation and the peoples of surrounding nations.

I mean, I guess he would be hostile towards us when we invaded his country a while back, but that's our doing. I think a leader of a nation has every right to be hostile to an invader, regardless of who the leader is and who the invaders are.

But yeah, last I checked, he never invaded the US, attacked us unprovoked, or had plans to attack us unprovoked.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had a desire to do those things, but he never actually even tried to do any of them.

International groups can "outlaw" whatever the **** they want, but that doesn't mean that there's anyone to enforce it.

As far as I know, the UN enforces it, and I'm not sure if other forces will chip in if TGC is ignored. I'll have to WikiPedia it sometime.

Yeah, just like the UN enforced those checks of Iraq that were never made to satisfaction before the invasion of Iraq. Or how about the fact that the UN was against our invasion of Iraq.

The UN has no power to enforce anything. The only reason International "laws" would be followed is because of respect of an agreement made to not be a dick. All the "laws" are is a means to formally define what is acceptable or not when it comes to international affairs, regardless of if there is a formally defined and enforced penalty for breaking these rules or not.

This data seems quite accurate. Only you forget Israel. Some other
countries might also have nukes that no-one knows of.
