Yeah that sounds like bull****. $422,000 average? That's nothing. Almost every single house in my town (that isn't one of the old ones) goes for at least 1.5-2 million. My town isn't even that bad compared to places here like Mantoloking.

No point posting mine, it says I live in an area where there is nothing haha. I live about 2 miles south from the City Centre of the capital city of Northern Ireland.

If New Jersey was in Canada, your town would be ranked "2+n," where n = the amount of towns in New Jersey.

My house is a **** hole and it goes for $360,000 market value. There are houses in my town that probably go for up to $2m over in the rich part of town.

I'll be staying home tomorrow, so I'll be able to take a few pictures of North Brunswick 8)

Yeah. The houses around here (Somerset County, NJ) are 1.5-2 mill, depending on the area. The lowest is probably around $900,000...
(I actually give close to Jurs... I have a few people in my town with the same area code as her.)
