Did this mostly off my memory... but given that my memory is insane... and I did check my Excel Spreadsheet for a few... this is accurate to within 1 point. And about 4 or 5 scores are within 1 or 2 goods from the next point tier up.

I have to agree that some of the jumps are retarded... the whole 4 vs 25 thing and all.

88 lol.. it seems VERY retarded that for most songs something like 3 goods gives 3 points while 25 goods gives 2. that is a HUGE HUGE HUGE difference in skill level. because for most songs ill have like 6 or 7 goods, and some scrub with 24 goods will get the same amount of points as me

i REALLY suggest just adding another level in there like 3 goods, 10 goods, then 25 or something like that.. please.

Yes, the new system is very YES!, but I also agree that some of the jumps are ridiculous. As in Luna's example, two scores 15 or so goods apart should NOT get the same amount of points. Getting a few goods away from the next point value is way different from being 15 from it.

It happens on enough songs for it to make a significant difference, so I'd would be really happy if it were changed, even slightly.

EDIT: The biggest one was RATV2, which goes from 40 goods to 10 goods...haha...




Oh, and scott and JX...I'll be one of the first to say, that we all really appreciate the time and effort you guys are putting into this. However it turns out, thanks (a lot!).

my overall rank is nice, my skill level isnt so much. but i like it being skill oriented not how much you play. what i dont like is that half these songs i get 2 or 3 miss on, so i got like 20 something points but with a little work ill be tier 4.

Did baha spell his name wrong or was he referring to like shash is like a hash a drug of society that everyone likes .Why do we even need another system may I ask seems like scott and jim are just wasting a bunch of their time.We have overall rank,gamelevel rank,mp rank and now we need this tier stuff apparently to tell us what we already know?In my opinion everything should be solved in mp,for instance if baha can AAA every song in the game in sp why no mp.Since this tier system has nothing to do with mp and more of a best overall score youve ever gotten if some one is tier 1 and I beat there ass in mp 9 times in mp who is truly better?I agree with that sp scores play a huge part in how good you are but to much is determined on it,mp scores will show how good you are consistently unlike that 1 good score you got in sp.

So I say mp should rain supreme over everything else.
