from my recollection, lar's reads don't really move all that much throughout the game
he starts off with tons of suspicion on leetic, and then tosses a vote on raeko after she posted a reads list...

no. Arp's focus on the sidequests feels like a dodging of responsibility of the game thread. It's a good procrastination tool, but it's not really making any productive marks.
