just practice. i do it one handed as well, and now i have no problems with the times you have to press two arrows at once. (these are commonly called "jumps", fyi ;p)

You can upload your own stepmania songs here (so people can download them), but you can't put them into FFR.

Also, one tip: Practice, practice, practice. And ignore the people who say you suck.
