Being dissatisfied and wanting to change things to no longer be dissatisfied is entirely valid. You don't need to hate your body to be happier with it changing to better match how you feel.

Dysphoria isn’t always necessarily dissatisfaction tho. For some people, it’s more of a “it would be better this way” type of feeling that doesn’t necessarily cause constant unease.
For me, dysphoria is like a battleship with a big ass crater in the hull that prevents it from sailing; for others, it could just be a minor nick to scrub out that doesn’t affect their life.
Dysphoria is a spectrum like anything else.
