    Piece of shit file, I highly recommend no one tries this :P

    Seriously though, it's a helluva lot better than most first timers I see.

        The file is typical for a beginning simartist ; it has simple patterns and technical approximations.
        My advice would be for you to first be focused on the technical accuracy of your files ; if you pay a closer attention, there are a lot of arrows for "invisible sounds" and jumpstreams where you just had to follow that 5 notes sound ; it harms the fun. Just focus on being technically correct, once you'll be used to that, you could try to step songs with your own creativity, but making files must first be something that feels natural to you.

        Avoid getting inspired from pad files or old packs like CMKB, F5, SS or VGMP1&2, HSMP and KBC ;
        ODI, FFR CP, VGMP3, DCP and LCP are a good inspiration to get.

          Pretty cool file for the first time. Nothing too complicated and simple, I like that

          Just practice and find your own style of stepping and maybe we can see a file of yours in a pack

            Very simple as far as I can play with ddreamstudio. But I were you, choose songs with more discernible background sounds like this. p.s. dont step the song

              That didnt really tell me if you liked the file or not, the criticism was great, though its also very opinionated. You didnt even tell me if you enjoyed the file, which may mislead me to think it was bad. lol

                A "good" and "bad" file is entirely relative, so it's misleading to base your stepping entirely on likes and dislikes. It's great that ScylaX was able to give good feedback while remaining neutral.

                edit: especially considering it's your first file, it's really not in anyone's minds to call it out "bad"
                Once you step a lot of stuff, then people are going to compare your works.
