Set Song Start in SM Editor?

    Set Song Start in SM Editor?

    I want the file to begin half way through a song(as it has a very long and boring intro), but i cannot figure out how to do so. Is there a way to do this in the StepMania editor rather than having to cut the song intro with Audacity or something? Maybe I'm missing something obvious?

      You'll have to cut the song ; all the SM editor could do will be about when the first measure begins.

          You can cut the song with a neat little program called Audacity.

              alternatively you could set the offset to just start it at that point in the file rofl. If you REALLY wanted to.

                  Yeah, but I don't think anyone would like to play a file where one'll have to inescapably wait the whole time the intro will last. There's no way for the current Stepmania to make the song plays in medias res if it's an uncut version.
