DededeJr has given permission for use of his works. He pretty much remixes game music, but it's still pretty cool. He doesn't have a solid site to my knowledge, but you can find his works in various places.
Upon asking him through his youtube account, I got the following response:
"This seems like a wonderful project. Please feel free to use any of my songs that you like, so long that it remains profit-free and I get credit for them!
