The dimensions to exactly fit the profile I believe are 900 x 5000 (from what I've heard). I want the head of Jack to somehow be in the place of where my avatar would normally be if it's possible while keeping those dimensions. Also something like this here would be great (by this I mean the blue outline he has around everything) ....not copying people I just simply think it looks cool and makes everything stick out a little more. http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/profile/00Razor00/
As far as the banner goes, just let your imagination run wild but I'd like you to somehow incorporate my name in it somewhere.
The 50k credits is just a base price. I'll definitely go higher if you feel your work deserves it. So I'm basically letting you set your own price. 80k max though as I only have 92k at the moment
