    YGS2000: Shmup Danger Room

    MediaFire is a simple to use free service that lets you put all your photos, documents, music, and video in a single place so you can access them anywhere and share them everywhere.


    It's a game with 65 different shmup patterns programmed into it and nothing to do but dodge them for as long as you can. They range from fun to blisteringly hard (65 is the hardest, but 1 isn't the easiest). If you can figure out how to play replays, you can see my 'high' scores that I set for each one a looong time ago.

      HOLY CRAP. This is insane omg!

      Just wondering: is there a way to remove the bullet sound in order to make it more pleasing to the eye ear, just like the video sounds? I can't read japanese.

      ps: I'm running it on wine lawl! (and btw, who made this!?)

        IIRC the sound efffects are exposed as wavs so you can swap them out, if not just mute the game

          This is actually a really good idea, analogous to our isolation files.

          I still want to see how long people last vs. Hibachi's desperation attack without resorting to bullet-clearing smart bombs. All the videos I've seen of people fighting him in-game have them spamming those when he starts busting out that move.
