[New Song Artist's Special Batch]

Submission Deadline is 11:59:59 PM(CST/Server Time), July 26th, 2011.
[Rules]
- Only songs from songs artists who have no song in the game and have given permission to us can be used for simfiles (as of July 12th). You can find new song artists in this thread.
- Aiming for 70-80 files in a batch. Probably we won't extend the deadline this time.
- Submission cap will be determined by your Simfile Artist Point (SAP). If you have simfile author title your submission cap is at least 3. If you don't have any, submission cap is 2 unless you've got penalties.
- You can submit maximum 2 files from the same song artist.
- SAP will be added when your files are accepted, will be a similar rule with regular batch's.
- No resubmission system.
Other submission rules are same with regular batch's ones, read submission rules in this thread.
[Rules about collaborated songs]
A song by X & Y - If either X or Y is a new song artist, you can use this song.
A song by X feat. Y - Only when X is a new song artist, you can use this song, Y doesn't matter.
A song composed by X, arranged/remixed by Y - If Y is a new song artist, you can use this song (basically you only need permission from Y). If X is and Y isn't, we'll detemine if we accept it or not case by case.
