PS: I don't want to sound like a douche or the bearer of bad news or anything but we never had permission to use "He's A Radical Rat" anyways...
Since I'm quite dandy with permissions and research let me break it down for you (and everyone else for that matter)
The piece is a rearrangment of the song "Pizza Time" originally by Virt.
It appeared on Virt's album FX3, and is credited to Samuel Ascher-Weiss which is correct. (see: http://vgmdb.net/album/5254)
Now presumably, the stepartist assumed that this is Virt's Real name or another moniker,
seeing as the whole album is by him, however, this is false seeing as Virt is Jake Kaufman. (see: http://vgmdb.net/artist/1015)
Jake and Samuel have no relation whatsover except that Samuel rearranged one of Jake's songs.
Well then... does anyone wish to obtain his permission now or shall we remain to have this song in our game without permission?
