Okay, there are two types of people that play FFR, one handers, and two handers. One of those is infinitly better than the other for obvious reasons. While your adding all these settings I was thinking you could add a One/Two Hand option. The one hand could be accomplished by requireing the player to hold a key down throughout the song (such as "a") this would prevent the use of that hand, qualifying a one handed play... something that requires real skill.
