    Japanese song titles

    I am just curious.

    I came across muzie.co.jp for simfile music, but since this is a japanese website, most artists give japanese names to their songs!

    If I ever send such a song to the judging team, as I don't speak japanese, how do people know which song they are talking about? Sure, they have the artist's name, but every title looks similar. Do we have to use Google Translate for such things? Must we ask Jimerax for help with the translation?

      sometimes the translation of the name of a song isn't possible (in this case, just read it as romaji).

      I'll help with the translation of submitted songs.

          About the romaji thing, you mean it could happen that there is a song in game with only japanese characters?

              The game doesn't support Japanese characters, so they will be converted to alphabets (as romaji).

                  If you can't read Japanese and the song title doesn't give something understandable when you use an online translator, you can always copy the characters directly into the .sm file and let someone else deal with it.

                      MN, just in case you aren't understanding jimerax, romaji is the equivalent of the japanese alphabet.
