I believe he's trying to suggest an implementation that allows you to view your highest score achieved on a song you pick via the Song Selection menu (without going to stats screen, or levelranks). But I'm pretty sure this won't be added as we have levelranks (levelrank.php) already added and it'd be easier to just check via your profile.
