    The Walking Dead

    Poorly timed thread since the first season ended December 5th, but whatever.

    AMC's The Walking Dead began airing appropriately on Halloween day 2010 and had me hooked instantly. I never read the comic series, but damn do I ever want to now!

              It's incredible! I was so pissed that the 1st season was only 6 ep long and now we have to wait a whole year!! I am so buying the comic series. A drama series but with zombies, that is new for me =D

                      This show is amazing. Only disappointment was then end. Very uneventful.

                          I got the first vol. of the comic series. Its different, but both are exceptional.

                                          I've read up to issue 72 of the comics, only seen the first episode of the TV show. For anyone who wants to get into the comic, I suggest purchasing the Compendium - it's the best bang for your buck so you don't have to spend like $100 catching up.

                                              Great series even though I typically hate shows that end in cliff hangers every damn episode. I figure I'll wait a few years until they are done churning out all the episodes and catch everything on Netflix.
