Cant connect to site and velocity MP

Ive tried connecting to
http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ity/FFR_MP.php
and the site mp but it says "Cant Connect!" to both.

I browsed looking for a solution but didnt see any that had issues with the velocity engine.
