    I want a new keyboard

Currently I'm using a regular standard logitech keyboard and I want to try a new one haha.
This one has good clean keytaps on ffr but it's quite old. What's an awesome keyboard for smashing arrows? I figured i would get some input before i spend / waste my money. Links or pics would be cool.

**** flat keyboards, go mechanical. Filco is a good brand and so is Das, Razer's making a new mechanical one that looks pretty ill. But go mechanical, you won't be dissapointed.

Das Keyboard offers the ultimate experience with high-performance mechanical keyboards with superior durability, construction, and design. The mechanical key switches provide tactile and audio feedback for the best experience.

I use the kensington slim for ffr. So that gets my vote.

If his current kb is currently like that and is bulky, if he tried a slim, good chance he will see a little skill increase.

little reference for what some of the SM players use

I use the Razer Lycosa, I really enjoy this keyboard. Responds very well, and has a nice feeling to it.

lol slim kb's are built like ****. Mechanical keyboards have 10x better sensitivity than a slim kb, is better built andis wayyy better to type on.

Anybody remember those uber old IBM's? They're mechanical kb's that have been around for YEARS and they still work. Slim kb's break over time, mechanicals don't. Also, if you're gonna play FFR with them, go cherry blue or red on the mechanicals. They're the type of keys. Cherry blacks are hard to hit and need more pressure, reds need a little bit more sensitivity and blues are the best for FFR because of their low sensitivity.

The Compaq and SUH on those reviews are mechanical and they have no type of negative review except only ps/2 and manufactured in Thailand so...
