not blacklisted, but getting 'best rank' as undefined

    not blacklisted, but getting 'best rank' as undefined

    Anyone else having this problem? Just got rank 19 on Twilight Jewel and now whenever I play a song it has all my stats at the end, including my 'best score' and my rank for the current playthrough, but 'best rank' on each song says 'undefined', but I'm not blacklisted nor am I cheating, why?

      turns out my ranks are just haywire in general, it says my rank is 1 on a song sometimes and best rank like 1700 something, help? it's really weird...I'm just playing in the flash download thing too...

      EDIT:

      Well, just AAA'd Phantom Ensemble and it gave me the AAA and stated correctly, tested with excite bike and it works 50% of the time...hmm...

          Wait more than 2 seconds before going to the main screen again, and/or wait for up to 5+ minutes, if that doesn't work, clear your cache and re-do your IE logging in and protected mode turning offing...ing

                      Yeah sometimes it takes up to even 1 minute for my scores to record, so you have to be patient.

                      Although there are times when my upload speed is zero and the score doesn't get in at all.
