when I've been playing ffr the past 2 days and even just typing I feel a dull pain in the back of my left hand. And it would get pretty bad when I'm playing a long difficult song on ffr. Should I take a few days off from using it?

You could be developing Carpal Tunnel, or you may just have a cramp in your left wrist. Get something for the cramp/Carpal Tunnel or let your hands rest for a few days.Comment

ive had carpal tunnel syndrome for the past 9 months. sometimes it feels like its improving but when i start gainning confidence and use my wrists for computer or other things it gets bad again.
The doctors all told me it would go away if i just keep taking my pills but i have this feeling they dont know **** cause if u read online cts doesnt last too long unless u need surgery.
If ur like me ull want to play ffr even though it hurts like hell, and it'll never go away. Just remember ice can be your best friend.Comment

I've been experiencing the same pain but on my right hand.
Whenever it started hurting I was like FBGM (**** bitches, get money) I'm going to play ITG. When my legs hurt and I was drenched in sweat, I was like FBGM let's go play some FFR. What a life.Number of AAA's: 649?

My left hand has the same problem, but that's only recently, if I type normal or anything it won't hurt, but if I have to push fast streams while playing FFR, it hurts like a bitch. Looks like I should quit playing. :/
