Honestly, I miss MTV back when it was, well, mostly about music.

I laughed until I choked. I hate people like her. She so deserved that punch. You talk trash to a guy, you get hit by a guy. The same is true for a girl hitting a girl, guy hitting a guy, and a girl hitting a guy.

Not saying I would do it, but I think when someone is as rude as that it might help them out in life. It is not a situation where no provocation occurred and she wasn't defenseless. When she stands there screaming at him and getting in his face, she is asking for it. That is when the idea of using gender as an excuse steps in and that is wrong. Women fought for years and years in America to have equal rights. They can't pick and choose the other things they want. She had just as much of a right to go into that place, just as much right to yell and harass him, and just as much of a right to get hit in the face.
Once again, I would not personally do it. But I see it as more appropriate in this situation.

Not hitting a woman just because she's a woman is a man made ideal. If you believe women should never be hit then I think the same should go for a man. And that video is awesome.Comment

I love how the rule seems to go:
Girl hits guy = ok
Guy hits girl = you get arrested.
It honestly doesnt make sense that girls seem to get more of a right to hit someone and get away with it then a guy hitting someone.Comment

Yet the article is longer longer found. I've seen a lot of woman being arrested for hitting men back. Regardless of your gender, if it's assault in any way, you're going to get arrested. Though I find it funny how they are making a such a big deal about it, and keep on showing the clip, and keeping it alive.

Well, one reason you shouldnt hit a woman - they are anatomically less built than men. Now, Im not saying that there arent some ladies more built than a lot of males - but generally, no.
I do agree, however, that if you encounter a female that has gotten away with trash talking and physically assaulting males - knowing that most men wont hit them - that they should encounter a fist from a guy, at least once in their life.
Ya know, to teach them to be grateful that society frowns down upon men hitting women, and to be glad that most men are courteous enough to give into these expectations - even though some of them might deserve it.Comment
