I don't know anything about the piano part, but I know this song uses clips of audio from Battle royale.
Edit: Oh this song. I've seen battle royale many times and it has always bothered me that I don't know what song this is. I want to know this to.
It's probably somewhere in here if this is the actual battle royale OST. I'm downloading it atm.
