    Did xbox live freeze my account?

    I use xbox live, and one day, I sign in and my account is messed up. It says I have no games, no achievements, no avatar, no gamer picture, and no profile or motto. Xbox live is still fully functional, I can still join parties send and receive messages.. I can't get any achievements anymore, I'm not sure if I can download anything I haven't tried. I asked a few friends and they said this means they froze my account. I think this makes no sense because, if I did a punishable act, wouldn't they just ban me? I went on the official xbox site and I couldn't find any problems like this in the support section. Can someone tell me what's going on?

              That's subjective considering the the way most people get caught is through complaints of cheating or tampering and no your account would be banned and that is not how it works. If you know the information for your account delete it and recover it, that has helped me a couple of times.

                      Yuo can always check your rep, see what it says and what Percentage says "Tampering with games or xbox live"

                      If it is high, most likely that is what it is

                                          fml they reset all of my game saves. All my campaigns were deleted, all my ranks were reset in games like red faction and call of duty.. This sucks.

                                                  Have you rung them? A friend of mine lost his achievements once and they managed to retrieve them for him.
