      I have this.. (I'm making courses for ITG3)

      P.s. It's not for public release and it's been upgraded a bit ;]

      EDIT: It's not just a theme either, you need the actual OpenITG project to run the theme flawlessly

          Alright, but how can I get it (the upgraded, even)? This is the kind of theme I've wanted for a LONG time now for a rhythm game.

              Ask around for someone who pass it down, idk if it's supposed to be kept secret or what not.. if anything ask LightningXCE, hes the one that recruited me to make courses for ITG3

                                  I'm highly doubtful of you able to pull this off because 3.95 CVS (and/or OITG) requires a ton of .lua scripts that aren't used in 3.9. It will more than likely be missing a lot of things that most people wouldn't see, but you can most definitely get the graphics looking alright.
