    Label Hunting.

    I'm looking for labels so I can start talking, being promoted, and just getting out there. What I don't want to here is "your not good enough for a label yet" because I know. I just want to give it a try and get familiar with the business, if you guys could listen to my music and give me a label that fits my genre that would be great. For every label I try that gives me a response (good or bad) the player who suggested it will get 1k credits.

    NOTE: The label must be american

    This is what I say in my e-mail:

    "I am going record label hunting, and I happened to come across you guys on a ravers forum post. You may find my music here: Http://www.rithum.com/rave03music . Please give me feedback. I am looking to start my career in music here soon.

    Thanks,
    Nathan Miller (Too Long Gone/Rave03)"

        It seems you're aiming for Hard Trance that still has the melodic feel of traditional Trance music. You should look into Skywarp Records and Central Station.

            That's a website they run off of.

            For Skywarp, you'd have to call them I believe. The company is ran by Alphazone (a damn good Hard Trance duo), and they're in Germany.

            However, I know a good site for starting musicians: http://www.youtunespro.com/

            That website is actually starting partnerships with companies in search for new artists.

                I'm not entirely sure. All I know is that it's one of many companies that produced music by DJ JamX (another great Hard Trance artist). I'd still say your best bet is YouTunesPro. I've taken a look at their website, and they're going pretty strong, I just haven't signed up since I don't want to give out my address (but all companies need it).

                  Yeah, well once I get a copyright, i'll send them a demo CD or something. But I emailed station records, so i'll just give you the 1k haha.

                      Yeah. I found this forum with a list of about 40 all medium labels. I'm looking into a few of those.

                            It was a joke I'm pretty sure. Warp records is people like The Tuss, Autechre, Boards of Canada, Prefuse 73, Gang Gang Dance etc.

                            Good luck with that.

                            But meh, if you wanna check 'em out;

                            Warp's artists create groundbreaking music, videos and cinema. Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Flying Lotus, Kelela, Nala Sinephro and Yves Tumor are just a few who represent the label. Watch and listen here.
