He's referring to the difficulties of a few songs by their ratings on the Groove Radar. Probably pad files.

Those aren't actually hard at all, and you know the Groove Radar is useless for determining the difficulties, right? It counts anything above 8th streams as having tons of voltage and chaos, and anything above 4ths with streams...

the only thing i use the radar for is to know if a file has freeze arrows rofl

also if you step an mp3 but not all the way to the end the groove radar looks really small
