      A good start would not be using the number 3 as EVERY single "E" you type.

                  welcome to ffr, the FAQ is a bit weak but that's a good start for everything you might have questions about. as for the forums, read the stickies and you'll pick up some valuable knowledge on how to post like a pro and not look like a dumb twat (which you have done so far with the 3 for every e in your words even on your profile yeesh)
