just so you know, ffr needs permission to include an artist's songs in the game.
if the artist belongs to a record company (which I'm certain avenged sevenfold does) the record company will want big bucks to give ffr permission so it won't happen
as a general rule of thumb if you hear it on the radio or in a guitar hero/rock band game we almost certainly won't get to use it (with exceptions, like we managed to get a few disturbed songs somehow? how'd that happen)
