When I use to play at school on the school computers, my avatar was bigger and more clear, but at the same time, the rest of the text size and fonts on the rest of the site remained the same. I'm not asking how to zoom in so that the avatar is bigger, but I'm asking is there a way I can make the avatar (that's on the top right of my screen when I'm playing) a bigger size and more clear?

I'm guessing the computers are your school were set to a crappier resolution. Which would make everything bigger. -

It only does that because school is retarded, it did the same thing for me. And no, not that I know of. There's a size limit for a reason.
