Redirecting and looping sounds

    Redirecting and looping sounds

    I don't know why, but every time I go to this site now, it redirects me to random sites. It is so annoying, and I am wondering, if this happens to other people.

    For example: I will open a thread, and after a few seconds, it will send me to a window tinting site.

    Just posting this thread, I was going to be redirected 3 times, but firefox asks me before it does, and I say no.

    I was also wondering, if this has to do with any ads or anything like that.

    Edit: Oh, and another problem I have had with this site. I multi-tab a lot, and I will have 10 threads opened at once. I hear some talking/music, and after a few seconds it starts looping over and over and freezes my firefox. It just happened, so I thought I would add it to my thread.

      I didn't think my thread was supposed to belong in this forum because it isn't necessarily a bug.

      As far as I know, it only happens in the FFR forum.

                      I know what it's like. When I didn't have my subby, I was getting a decent amount of redirects on my own. I'm not sure, but after I installed ABP (Ad-Block Plus), things calmed down. Pretty sure it was coincidental for the redirecting ads.

                      As far as music looping over and over, I cannot explain that at all. There is a chance that the music could be related to some ads that are embedded on the page, and ABP might be able to help you there (granted that you don't have it).

                      Other than that, not sure what to tell you. =/

                          I'm getting the "Are you sure you want to redirect" thing. Even though it keeps me on FFR, it's getting kind of annoying.

                              On a ibookG4 running Tiger and FF3, I get tons of redirects and other lame ****.

                              On my Windows 7 machine running FF3 (but with ABP and NoScript) and I get no redirects. Of course, flashflashrevolution.com and xqsite.com are excepted in NoScript.

                                  Disabling ABP to see if this happens to me.
