Downloading right now, will review it later.

EDIT : nvm, I don't play pad, didn't read it all, gonna give it a look still.

EDIT EDIT : Art looks pretty cool, file quality looks pretty good although I'm not a pad player so I could be wrong, some pretty good songs in there and are pretty fun to play even on keyboard, overall looks pretty well put together, good job.

        Re: LEAD Originals pack 1

lol downloaded it, and I have to say. It's funny how in every single file there's a case that can be dubbed double stepping, though this is almost always in 8ths so nothing particularly fatal from what I can see. Because I'm nice, I'll give some comments on each file, 'k? (Played in stepmania of course, and don't expect scores. I no can score gud.)

        ----------

3y3s: Save for the skips between bars 51 and 70, I liked the bpm tricks. Mine placement overall was kinda mean, but the file is generally okay I guess.

Belladonna: I actually kinda liked this one. However, I would have liked it if you cut down on the candlesticks in the runs, or perhaps got rid of them altogether. They would be horribly difficult on pad, even for a 13. This is technically fairly accurate, so some props to you there.

Cave Story: Perhaps it's just my love for 8-16 bit music speaking here, but I found this rather enjoyable. It's a teeny bit schizophrenic in what the steps try to accent in places, but I'm not too worried about that.

Drill Instructer: Wasn't fond of this one. Some of the double steps were particularly awkward considering how cross-happy this file is, and the spins threw me off more often than not.

Dynamite Rave: I found the first BPM gimmick somewhat awkward, and jumps (mostly in the verses) seem pretty random. Otherwise, not bad imo.

empathy: Gotta love 'dat TaQ. Sadly, I wasn't too sure about the steps. The nature of the song itself ensures that there's plenty of barely audible hi-hat notes, and the file regularly seems to be hitting stuff that's simply not there. Patterns often somewhat awkward.

Freeway Shuffle: Not incredibly fond of this either. I guess it seems off to me in terms of keeping up with the music, and some of the mine placement is a little harsh imo, especially the last one.

Hardkore Atomic: The steps themselves I reckon are pretty much fine. Seems like you were going for a bit of a spin patterns in bars 41-49, but I found it a bit awkward myself. The BPM tricks kept me on my toes, and I can see where you're going with them. However, you completely butchered the one in bar 62. It completely destroys the sync for the rest of the song. You MUST fix this.

Mil Amores: I found the triplets/deathrun between bar 18 and 25 rather boring. I would have prefered it if you kept to following the lyrics. That aside, this is actually my favourite file for this pack. o_O

No. 13: First thing, it's pretty off sync. It's 0.04 seconds too late. Moving on, I felt the file was dotted with steps accenting notes that couldn't be heard or simply weren't there. This is most noticeable in the string melodies I reckon. Otherwise it's not too bad. Mind, the fact that I like this song choice anyway probably helps with my favour towards it. :P

Ready For War: The problem here is syncing, where I believe it's at least 0.02 seconds late. Some of the tricks also hurt it a bit. However, I was rather fond of the BPM tricks you put in here, and the patterns definitely get my thumbs up. Try and sort that sync, yo.

Tranzport: For some reason, the pack rates this as a 14, and I think we both know this ain't. XD Again a lot of the time some steps (mostly 16ths) seems to go to nothing, but I do kinda like them for some reason. Also, that little surprise in the middle of the song was pretty sly you dawg, you. I did like that. Okay overall, but somewhat overstepped in various places.

Under the Glass Moon: Holy f***. Technically accurate for the most part yes, but woah. Candlestick 24ths at 146bpm? Bar 41? Bars 49-50? That's some pretty insane s*** right there. I'm not sure what to think of it.

Vanity Angel -seraphim mix-: I found a good part of this fairly confusing. Yes it follows the music, but it's fairly inconsistent in places. That's all really.

        ----------

And that's that. I really don't know why I bothered to do it all in one sitting, let alone at all. XD But that's what I think of all the files. Make of my comments what you will. On a final note, I may as well list my favourite files in no particular order:

        -Mil Amores
        -Belladonna
        -Ready For War
        -Dynamite Rave
        -Cave Story

EDIT: lol old stuff. If that's the case I can't wait to play your improvements. XD

So this is a pad pack? If you want "professional" criticism and find ways to improve your files, go to r21freak.com, a site dedicated to pad charts and packs.

At the very least, commenting on your old stuff was kinda fun, so I can't say it was a complete waste of time. I'll re-download everything later. :3
