    Should I pursue IDM?

I was thinking about throwing an IDM song or 2 into my album but I don't want to add a genre that I suck at. Can I get some yays or nays?

I could only think of one thing while listening to the entire track: Sonar.

DBGlitch is a cool plugin, but tbh I find it way more effective on things that aren't percussion. If you really want to pursue any sort of high-speed percussion editing, you should really be chopping it yourself. Not only does it enable you to make your sounds more versatile and organic, it is also takes some production skill to get it to sound just right. Also since when does IDM have to be about crazy breaks? 8D
put on a donk on it
