Throughout my own experience, time is considerably the greatest factor to redeem anything in relation to FFR. Is there any medical-related reason behind the pain in your hands? In all honesty, I think taking a couple of days break would definitely help. In that time, you can open and close your hands continuously, and give it small massages around the areas which hurt the most.

When you do come back, begin with songs which are comfortable for you, and relatively easy, maybe a VC or an easy FMO. For you, an FMO should be ideal. Re-check your key allocation. It is comfortable for you? Have you been using it for a long time? Is there a better key configuration which can suit you more comfortably? It's always good to re-check the most obvious factors, and look out for better alternatives.

The major issue in this situation is the jolts of pain you receive through your hand. You must identify the cause of the pain. It could be serious, it could be minor. You have mentioned that you give up through a song because of this pain. You must know what the cause is, and if it is serious, early treatment is ideal. Take my advice and do the small practical exercises with your hand. Use your thumb to massage those areas of pain, increasing pressure where it hurts the most.

Well, I did stop playing ffr for around 2 months or so and then when I come back my stamina went to ****...

i have that issue when i play pants. i can get through about half the ending, then my fingers are like"uhh no were going to just stop cuz we can move anymore"

i dont know if this will work but just tap wherever you are. like when im in class, i am constantly tapping on the table really fast or practicing vibrating.
