Hello everyone and welcome to Firekai's Original Second Official Tournament!
The first one is such a success that we are moving on to provide a more sophisticated and well-prepared tournament. As of right now i am opening signups as our first one finishes up. I'm MetalAtlas and my partner will be as always, Krunkykai22. Ill be the main updater for this tourney. As I said before, Sign ups are open! The start for this tournament will be determined at a later date, after the conclusion of Firekai's first tournament.
Rules:
This is going to be a goal tournament. Similar to the last one there will be five divisions- Guru, Masters, Advanced, Intermediate, Novice. Now instead of posting the best score, one will be trying to achieve the goal set out for each round. A goal may look like this-
Intermediate: Pass Tension with less 15 goods
Guru:Pass Holy Orders with less than 10 goodsetc.
Also for some rounds there may be a twist such as:
Masters:Pass Pwntendo with the blink and mini Mods on, with less then 50 goods and 10 averages.
Now everyone in their division would post a score that shows they have met the goal requirement(s) Simple, eh?
Now this is something i just thought of. I know that some people may run across unexpeted delays or misfortunes so heres what ill do- Everyperson is entitled to an extension- heres what I mean- If your excuse is good enough i will grant you a one hour extension to the round you couldnt post for- that hour will began once i give you permission- you better make sure im on when you message me because you get one hour and only one for the whole tournament- use it wisely i will keep track at the bottom who still has theres
Posting a score
By now im sure most of you no how to post a score but for those straggling beginners heres a quick rundown.
1.Play the required song and meet the requirements.
2.Check the stats screen when you finish playing. Set it up so that your info is in the top right corner and your stats can still be seen.
3. Press the 'Print Screen' Button
4.Go to paint and click 'Edit. Paste.'
5.Save as JPEG and upload to image hosting site (Such as photobucket or Imageshack,
6.Paste the IMG code into a forum post and VOILA!
Prizes:
Now this is the interesting part. As this is a goal Tournament the only way to be eliminated is by not achieving the goal. So there will be a prize for every Round. (except 1) Now the further you advance in the tournament the higher the prize will be. (credit of course!) So if I MetalAtlas make it to Round 3 but can not meet Round 4's goal- I would get the prize for getting to Round 3 say, 3000 credits. But if Krunky meets Round 4's goal and can meet Round 5's, he would get 4000. So the higher donations we get the more credits we can give out each Round. Now everyone that makes it to a round will get the credits for getting there. But you only get credits for the highest round you achieve. Some of the goals may become quite complicated as to downsize the number of people advancing from round to round. Wouldnt want 10 ppl in the final round!
ROUND 2 GOALS! Round Ends on Monday May 18th at 3pm EST! (4pm AST 2pm CST 1pm MST 12pm PST!)
