    Need an Avatar Made

    Hello FFR community, I need an avatar made with the dimensions of 202x202.
    I need a cyborg looking penguin with lightning in the background and two captions the top should read Shock and the bottom should read Penguins.

    I don't have very much to offer but i will play and play until you have your requested amount. I need this done ASAP
