I remember Cabal being fun I might give that another try. As for all the other ones I haven't played them. And thanks for the website link but I don't like that site because it is too hard to find what you are looking for in my opinion. I'll take a look at some of these games!

From what I remember....

Rakion - PVP based, but some single player missions, no trading.
Cabal -Team dungeons, exploration.
Perfect World - A semi-generic MMO, with dungeons, a lot of places to explore, and many weapons and such to attain.
Decide - Lots to explore, many weapons etc.
Lunia - 2D manga style MMO
PangYa - Virtual golf (really, but it's fun).

Except for Rakion, each game has an amazing merchanting economy. Rakion is different because there is no trading. The good thing to that is, if you get a holiday rare, or some other rare, you have to earn it. You can't just become rich enough to buy it from someone. So whatever insane items you got, you had to have earned. Rares are like status symbols.

I'm not experienced with MMOs, but I might suggest Shaiya?

Typical Fantasy MMO I guess, not great graphics, but 3D and looks pretty decent by MMO standards. It is free of course (unless you want special items that are only available via purchase).

There are quests, and there is a war area where you can fight against a whole team of other players.

There are of course, several character types. Depending on who you're allied to (side of light or dark), the name/race varies a bit, but they essentially have the same sort of skill sets.

I think there are short sword users whatever they're called, bow users, guardians (tanks), lancers (I think that's what they're called), pagans (black magic), clerics (white/healing magic). Possibly another one or two.

I haven't played it lately though, but it is about the only MMO I've really played (Played FFXI for about a half hour once, and MapleStory for a few days or so).

you can still up 1 level every 30 minutes in cabal at level 100(fort runia dungeon hehe) but the game is stuffed with bots!!! well that was in SEA so idk, pretty fun though

check out www.byond.com they got oodles of multiplayer games (99.9% are built for multiple players) and you'll never get bored with the site. The only downside is that all games are 2d but they're really fun none the less. oh and you gotta download the software to play the games but it's under 10 megs so no biggy compared to most mmo's.

Hey guess what I try and I think people with knowledge is better than huge lists having no idea which one to download and try out.
