Are you asking how to make stepcharts for your songs?

If so--go here, and get Stepmania 3.9 (for now).

What this is, is StepMania. StepMania is what people use to create steps for all of the songs that they want. Seeing as how you don't quite know how to make steps, it might be a good idea for you to look up some tutorials on how to do this.
