Team Blue's 1st Tournament

“Team Blue Coordinator” is the Team Blue account used for running tournaments and other major Team Blue events. It is currently being shared by HammyMcSquirrel (Leader), DjAirWave (Founder), norsegod666 (Co-Leader), and kjwkjw (Co-Leader).




Here are the guidelines for this tournament:

-Scoring will be based on normal FFR scoring.

-Number of rounds will depend on the number of participants.

-Each round will last three days. The first couple rounds may be extended depending on the submission rate of scores.

-There will be four divisions. (Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, and Master.) You will be assigned one FFR file to play per round if the division you are in starts off with more than four people.

-If two to four people are in a division before the tournament begins, they will only have one round in which they will play a series of files. (The round will last longer than a normal round.) The total scores on each file will be added up to determine each player’s grand total score. The highest grand total score wins. Scoring will be based on normal FFR scoring in this mode as well.

-If there are credits available, there will be bonus rounds in which any Team Blue member can participate regardless of if they signed-up for this tournament. The bonus rounds will coincide with regular rounds and they will last one to three days each. A Flash game will be provided for the participants to play and the person with the best score on the Flash game (whatever the score is based on) wins.

-If there are at least eight people in a division, that division will have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize. If there are four to seven people in a division, that division will only have a 1st and 2nd place prize. If a division has less than four people in it, there will only be a prize for 1st place.

-The beginning and ending dates for each main round/bonus round can be found in the "Round Status" section towards the bottom of this post.
