Cuppycake Remix?

Does anybody know the techno song that starts with half of the Cuppycake (You're my honeybunch) song then says "Dolly dj" or something very similar, then the lyrics start and go "Bum bum bee dum, bum dee bum, bee dum bee dum....repeat" (if you haven't heard of it, i know that may be confusing)

I know DJ Cammy made a remix but that isnt it. Any help will be appreciated.
