-First I'd like to start off by saying there's no prizes because I mean what the hell am I gonna give you credits/subscriptions for FFR? I think not, this is a Stepmania tournament.
-Being there are no prizes, there really isn't a need for divisions, this is simply for fun. Hopefully this will also turn some new people into solo regulars, which would be awesome considering how small the solo community is.
-There will be two songs per round, you will be graded based off your average DP between the two songs. I will be using this system for DP, considering the actual games DP system gives you the same amount of points for a perfect/marv and whatnot:
+7 ra/ma, +5 pa/ok, +3 great, -3 good, -5 boo/ng, -7 miss
-Each round will last 5 days.
-Considering I'm hoping for even people who've never played solo before to take place in this tournament, I understand the skill you start at in solo is terrible, and you improve very fast at first. So the first round will be twice as long as the rest of the rounds in this tournament, giving the new players more time to improve. So this round will be 10 days.
-Tournament will start one week from today, March 14th, and will end on March 24th. Hey my birthday is during the first round
- I'll be uploading the 2 songs for each round and posting a download link for them here, for obvious reasons.
