I managed to get accepted into the ComputerTraining.com IT certification course over the weekend.
Unlike most schools, this place actually tests to see if you have basic knowledge of how computers work before they admit you, as well as writing a brief essay. I'm glad to report that they called me this morning to say that my scores on the test were above the national average and they're calling me down for an interview tonight.
And get this...the place is only 3 or 4 miles from where I live.
So don't be surprised if I become inactive over the next few months, because I'm trying to actually move up in this world.
