Well FFR, it's Thursday. Thursday is one of my favorite days of the week since it is the only day we don't have track practice. After 14 miles yesterday, I was looking forward to a day off from the aerobic demands of running. Typically during a recovery distance run, one's heart rate is between 120 and 150 BPM. Today, I was expecting to just rest. Unfortunately, I started playing FFR. I was in an FMO mood, and here is what happened.

I AAA'd the intro and most of the hard part in the middle. I can AAA this. After playing this, I though, "HMMM maybe today will be a good day."
So I played Southern Cross, and I got a typical score for me (I am pretty good at flagging FMOs... haha)

I then had this desire to play Caprice. I got the goods on easy parts and the boo right at the end... cause I was nervous.

So why do I mention the whole thing about aerobic exercise?? Because my heart rate at the end of this song was 160. I checked. What could possibly make me THAT nervous?
HMMMM
THIS

TAKE THAT SHASH. YOU AND YOUR STUPID AWKWARD JUMP PATTERNS.
I was shaking SOOOO much at the end. Interestingly enough, this is my second FMO AAA (lol) Unfortunately I have seven FMO blackflags too.. haha.
Anyway, turns out I got my heart rate up after all.
