Those who are into synthesizers will understand the extent of my euphoria. I got my b-day presents today, twelve days early. I walked out of Guitar Center with a Roland SH-201, a Korg microKORG synth/vocoder, and a bunch of patch and midi cables:

And now a pic of my setup so far (minus a bunch of extra amps and my guitars and other instruments):

Ohh, happy day. And just in time for the end of this week's assignment in my production class.
I got the synths for about $1000 total. What would you do with $1000 right now? No boring responses, like "give it to the poor" (this isn't a beauty pageant) or "pay my bills" (granted of course you would if you had the extra cash). With another thousand dollars, I'd probably save up $200 more and get either a Moog Little Phatty Stage II or an Ibanez RG-770.
