that sounds rether intruiguing although i am still in the dark as to the purpose of teams? i see them all the time but havent really seen them of any importance- but if there wee such things as rivalries or showcases that would be quite extrordinary- id be happy to lend my efforts- altough i have no team lol

You not need be in a team, just up for the idea, and willing to lend a hand

Sounds like a good idea; organization is a huge key though. How will we collaborate amongst ourselves?

Maybe we can create a forum to cater to all of the accepted members of all the FFR teams?

Then within those forums, you could have a hierarchical structure, with team leaders being admins of their respective sections, and recruiters being moderators, etc.

I like the idea though. With the expansion of teams lately, it seems like a good thing to do.

the tricky part is once we have the organizations down which should be the easy parts how are we gonna do collaborative matches or rivalries? the biggest part of being a team is so that you can rival the others

I would be willing to lead a hand got nothing to do anyways, and I do like to make graphics, and organize stuff.

Teams are nearly a fail as of now, just the rivalry sparked wonderful for a weekend or so. As of right now the inactivity is at a high point for most teams. Im still organizing a 'Team Tourney'. Although everyone will claim its un-fairness since team black is dominant and everyone thinks its unfair. Its actually "oh-well too bad i created a team 999% better than yours, go weep with your VC AAAs while i bask in my teams FGO AAAs"
Anyways, Im all up for this 'competitive' type of FFRing seperate from the site, hopefully it will do some good, but this means you need a site itself and constant updating since its not linked to FFR exactly. The work for it will be difficult.

p.s. At your service (a!m works just as well)

anyway most teams should have intra- seperation meaning there should be ranks- obviously the different ranks could represent their respective teams that way its fair and also exciting because you cant rely on one person to carry the whole team it is a TEAM effort

I would use help--I've already got forums for TC, and they are a bit inactive--so I wouldn't mind splitting up the forums in sections and catering to everyone else. ^_^

The tourney can commence, and teams aren't completely dead, TC is still recruiting and is still trying to get stuff together. It'd be nice if there was a way to fairly organize tourneys though. =/
