THE GOAL SCORE IS 632,150!!!
We have exactly 55 members in this tournament. There will be 15 eliminations the first round. 40 will remain. 10 eliminations the second round. 30 will be left. 8 the third round, 7 the fourth round, 7 the fifth round, 5 the sixth round. There will then be the top 3 left. It will be the final round between the 3 of the competitors. There will be a total of 7 rounds.
HOW IT WORKS
The goal is to get as close as possible to the goal score on an individual song. Here's what I mean:
1. I'll play a song, and make sure the score is random.
2. I'll save the replay, and post the final score as well as how I got it (e.x. 32-0-0-0-0; 49,600)
3. You'll try to get as close as possible to that score. The (32-0-0-0-0) part doesn't matter at all. You could get something extremely far away from that, but if you're close to the final score (in this case 49,600), then that's what matters.
For example, a AAA on Excite Bike will give you a raw score of 1,600, and the final score is 49,600. I'll post a FINAL score for you to emulate, not a raw score. It'll be extremely random, usually nowhere near a AAA.
There will be ONE DIVISION! since this really doesn't require too much skill at all.
I will update this post ASAP every time someone posts a new score. You can submit as many times as you want, but only the most recent submission will count. If you send me multiple submissions, I will not check which score is better. I will update with the most recent score, no matter what. So DO NOT SEND ME WORSE SCORES THAN YOU PREVIOUSLY SENT.
Ties will result in a one-day round in which the affected players will be given a new song and score to play.
ROUNDS
Round lengths will be approximately one week. The exact lengths will be posted once the round starts. Number of rounds will be based solely on number of participants.
