    Oh noes I shaved my head

    I'm not adding in hair yet, still need to do some touch ups, and quite a bit more texturing, but yeah, this is a model of myself. Doesn't look too great right now, but this is the first realistic face I've done, so I'm proud of it so far. From scratch to where I am now, took about 6 hours, but I'll get faster at it with more experience.

          eyes are creepy and texture should be a higher resolution

              That's creepy. I'm guessing you're at a low resolution because it'd be laggy to move around.

                  The low resolution is just cause all I have is a camera phone =/
                  My good camera has water damage. So I'm kinda limited on quality bitmaps here.

                                      It's been a hobby for a long long time now, but I just started going back to school, getting my Bachelors in Media Arts, so I'll be doing commercials and stuff, possibly movies. I'm working with a local director right now doing 3d compositing for his films, which will be in the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. So I've got an ok start. No real schooling for any of this stuff yet though, all the 3d stuff is self taught, but I have a long background in traditional artwork, so it helps.
