I didn't think it was that bad. Although it just sounded like you were putting layers on top of layers in bits. Really, in my opinion this has potential and could make a good tune. I might try =P

Well, my goal in my post was not to tear the song apart. I can probably be a little more specific.
Work on defining the melody throughout. A strong, but not overdone melody will keep your song flowing for the most part and make it overall more enjoyable for the listener to follow.
Next, any parts that are too loud, or too soft, work on creating a balance. Balance is a very large part of overall sound quality. If you can create a balance that is appealing, it will compliment your melody and create the music you are aiming for.
